Overview
Lyra is a new masterplanned community in Donnybrook, Victoria by Stockland — designed for first-home buyers, families, and investors. Stockland needed a solution that empowered agents to present anywhere in the Sales & Information Centre, support remote consultations, and maintain a polished, connected experience across every screen.
What We Delivered
- Surface Pro Tablet — the primary presentation tool, giving agents full mobility to guide clients through the Lyra app from anywhere in the space
- 65” Display Screen — connected to the tablet via Flick; displays app content on demand or runs branded ambient video between client sessions
- Interactive Masterplan — Mapovis-powered map with live lot availability, package brochures, future stage releases, and detailed lot information
- IdeaLayer Cloud — agents open the full app on laptops or iPads for remote presentations and video conference sales calls
Outcomes
