Manor Lakes is a master planned residential neighbourhood offering immediate access to a host of established facilities, including schools, shopping, library, community centre, parks, playgrounds and recreational facilities.

Developed by the Dennis Family Corporation, the team at Manor Likes required a solution that could allow content to be accessed in each of their four sales areas within their sales office. The project app and content needed to be readily avaiable in each zone so that the sales team could accomodate to all clients, regardless of which neighbourhood they were interested in, or step of the buying process they were at, ie. in the design studio selecting colours and finishes.

On the wishlist, the Manor Lakes sales team were hopeful that they would be able access the project app remotely and have the ability to run sales presentations via video conferencing - IdeaLayer Cloud made this possible for them.
