Overview
Yarrabilba is one of Stockland’s flagship communities in Logan, South East Queensland — a place where parks, schools, retail, and bushland already form a lived-in neighbourhood, not a promise on a brochure. When Stockland chose a digital masterplan over a traditional physical model, the challenge was clear: show the full scale of the community without drowning buyers in information. With heavy weekend traffic and stages releasing in constant motion, the sales suite needed to do more than display a map — it had to guide conversations, move with the sales consultant, and stay current without slowing the team down.
The Brief
The digital masterplan had to feel clear and guided, not dense: buyers should see the full picture, then narrow into stages, lots, and amenity at their own pace. The suite also needed to support multiple conversation styles in parallel — agents roaming with tablets, exploration at a central table, and group presentations on a large LED wall. Lounge signage needed to support personalised, sit-down discussions without pulling people back to the main presentation zone. Marketing also needed cloud control of content, with remote presentation available for off-site agents and virtual consultations.
What We Delivered

- 86” Multi-Touch Table — central masterplan showcase for lot availability, stages, and community exploration
- Roaming Tablets — 2 × tablets so agents can present anywhere in the suite, then cast content to the wall or lounge screen
- Lounge Signage — dedicated TV for personalised discussions, with content flicked up from a tablet as the conversation unfolds
- IdeaLayer Cloud — marketing manages content remotely; agents present the full experience from anywhere
Outcomes
- Agents run high-impact group presentations and personalised lounge discussions from the same connected platform
- The masterplan table gives buyers a clear, hands-on view of stages, lots, and amenity across a community of Yarrabilba’s scale
- Roaming tablets keep conversations mobile — introductory conversations can happen in one zone, while detailed and private conversations can move to the lounge or desk without interruption
- Marketing can handle content updates for new stage releases themselves, previewing the project app within the Cloud platform
