Overview
Aura is one of Australia’s largest masterplanned communities, located on the Sunshine Coast in Bells Creek, QLD. Developed by Stockland, the Vision Centre is the primary sales hub for the development — the City of Colour. Stockland approached IdeaLayer after limitations with a previous provider left their sales team under-equipped and their digital experience difficult to keep updated.
The Brief
The existing system had unreliable functionality and lacked the tools needed to showcase the scale and ambition of Aura. Stockland needed a modern, immersive solution that made use of their existing hardware while giving their sales team full control over content and a far more engaging buyer experience.
What We Delivered
- Interactive Masterplan — live lot availability integrated across all devices, with animated overlays that respond to in-app navigation on the masterplan table
- Multi-Screen Experience — flick content between tablets, touchscreens, and the LED wall; scenes auto-trigger on surrounding displays as agents navigate the app
- Personalised Info Packs — agents annotate floorplans and brochures on-screen and send tailored email packs directly to clients, with lead data syncing to Stockland’s CRM
- Self-Service Kiosks — 4 x 55” portrait touchscreens allow visitors to explore the project independently with curated content for each zone
- Digital Signage — 2 x 55” external-facing screens running a curated content playlist managed through IdeaLayer
- Curved Projection Wall — Immersive projection wall runs brand videos as buyers walk into the sales office, introducing them to the City of Colour.
