The display suite features dedicated zones for land, house & land packages, and builder partners — with IdeaLayer enabling the Stockland sales team to curate content per zone and present in a personalised way.
A standout element is the physical model integration: model lighting is controlled directly from the digital masterplan, so sales consultants can highlight areas on screen and watch them illuminate on the physical model in real time.
What We Delivered
- Zone-Based Touchscreens — 24” table-mounted touchscreen and 55” multi-touch table across dedicated sales zones
- Video Wall — 3x3 video wall for group presentations driven from the app
- Interactive Masterplan — live availability and stage data, with lighting triggers linked to the physical model
- Model Lighting — LED lighting across the physical model responds in real time to navigation on the digital masterplan
