Macquarie Rise is a premium apartment and penthouse development by TOGA Group in Sydney’s Macquarie Park. TOGA needed a sales environment capable of hosting intimate buyer meetings and large launch events — where clients could immerse themselves in the project through 3D, explore finishes and views, and leave feeling confident in their decision.
What We Delivered
- Interactive 3D Model — built with Snaploader, buyers navigate the full building in 3D, explore floorplans, compare colour schemes, and fly through furnished apartments
- Architectural Model Lighting — dynamic lighting on the physical model lets agents pinpoint available units for clients in real time
- Multi-Screen Presentations — Surface Studio touchscreen and three 75” displays as the main hub; agents flick content to any screen
- Surface Pro Tablets — three tablets allow agents to roam the suite freely, presenting anywhere or moving to a private area
- IdeaLayer Cloud — remote agents and interstate buyers access the full sales experience via video conference
- Window Signage — two 98” street-facing screens showcase the development to passing foot and vehicle traffic
