Macquarie Rise is a vibrant new village close to Sydney CBD featuring one, two, and three bedroom apartments and a limited collection of four bedroom penthouses.

TOGA required a solution that would allow agents to explore a 3D model of the development, while displaying and comparing multiple apartments and floorplans at the same time, with colour schemes and viewshots attached to individual apartments.

IdeaLayer Cloud enables TOGA's external agents to present the project from anywhere; an exact replica of the display suite experience but with the capability to hold sales presentations to remote buyers over video conference or on-the-go from an iPad.
